By downloading the Beta version or Early Access version you will have access to the JVSG beta-software on the following conditions:
1.All beta software is distributed without any warranty. It is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you.
2.In no event JVSG will be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the beta software to operate with any other programs).
3.You are giving JVSG and/or JVSG’s partners permission to contact you regarding JVSG products and services.
4. All possible lists of errors found in the Beta version or Test version of IP Video System Design Tool is a confidetntial information and should be not be shared with 3-rd parties.
5. We will send temporary or permanent license keys (or prolong the mainenance period for existing clients) to Beta testers who send valuable Beta Testing Reports (list of errors, suggestions).
